APPOINTMENTS
To Avoid disappointment we ask that you arrive on time.
This ensures you receive the full time allocated to your booking.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF APPOINTMENT POLICY
24 hours notice is required to cancel or change any booked
appointments. A weeks notice is required for Group bookings.
A cancellation fee will apply for missed appointments.
We offer reminder calls if required.
Credit card details will be taken for security only to confirm your
booking. Failure to give the required 24hrs notice to change or cancel
your booking may result in your credit card being charged at a rate of
up to 35% of your booking cost.
CLIENT REWARD POINTS - ACCRUED AUTOMATICALLY
We reward our clients for loyalty. For each dollar you spend one reward
point will be credited to your account. These reward points can be
redeemed on free services.
ENTERTAINMENT VOUCHERS
Your voucher is valid for any full priced service. If you wish to use them on
a packaged treat, please talk to our staff for a price. Not available for group
bookings.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Our Gift Vouchers are available for any service or to any value. For
your convenience gift vouchers can be purchased via our website or
over the phone.
VALUABLES
We advise that all jewellery should be removed and placed in your
bag prior to your appointment. We do not take responsibility for your
valuables if they are left on our premises. Lockers are available upon
request.

Mon - Tue: 9:00am - 7:00pm
Wed - Thurs: 7:00am - 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am -5:00pm
